We sell a variety of functional, unique and whimsical drinkware accessories and kitchenware. Our featured products include Glass Straws and Glass cups. We have options that bring a kaleidoscope of colors to your drinks and add a touch of spontaneity to every sip.

2. Why are the shipping times so long? 😩

We source our products from all over the world which can cause long shipping times. Our vision for the future is the ability work with local artisans and brands to provide high quality, unique, localized drinkware and kitchenware to our community. We also envision growing to a point where we can offer 2-day shipping. Please be patient with us as we navigate through the Lofi Kitchen journey.

2. What if my items are received broken? 😣

Our glassware is sourced from all over the world, and on rare occasions due to impact during the transportation process they may tragically arrive damaged. We understand how frustrating that is and will provide a full refund for items that are damaged. Please take a photograph of your item and reach out to us at contact@lofikitchen.co

3. How long do I have to return an item? 🤔

We have a 2-Day Returnless Return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. See our refund policy for more detailed information.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@lofikitchen.co. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
